Soyini Chan Shue

Soyini Chan Shue is the Founder and Executive Director of Work Elevation, where she leads the organization's mission to train New Yorkers for lasting careers in the skilled trades — plumbing, HVAC, solar installation, CDL driving, construction, and security. She is driven by a deep passion for helping underserved communities access real, sustainable career paths.

A seasoned security professional, she served 23 years with the New York City Police Department (NYPD) before turning her focus to workforce development. She also serves as Chief Executive Officer of City Safe Partners, a New York City-based security services company.
